This project at the Shrewsbury Self Storage Facility covered approximately 12,750 square feet of asphalt, delivering a complete surface restoration from start to finish. The existing pavement showed typical signs of wear, including fading, minor cracking, and diminished visibility of pavement markings.
Our team applied a full sealcoating treatment across the entire lot, revitalizing the surface with a rich, uniform black finish while adding long-term protection against weather, UV exposure, and daily traffic.
Once sealed, we completed fresh pavement markings, including parking stalls, directional arrows, and safety zones. The updated markings improve both traffic flow and overall safety throughout the property.
The end result is a clean, professional-looking lot that not only enhances curb appeal but also provides a durable and functional surface for years to come.
